Our founders think independently and critically, therefore they are1Cogito, ergo sum, (Latin: “I think, therefore I am”) dictum. neither Democrat nor Republican.2 Especially the RINO (Republican in name only) version. Some might think our founders align a bit more with classical liberalism and libertarianism. Those people might not be wrong, but, again, our founders will stress that they don’t align to any one “ism.” They do, however, support our Constitution and a Liberty and Freedom for All perspective.
